Risk-free solutions to gain trust in us as a seller
A fursuit is a rare and expensive item. Not everyone makes a purchase based on recommendations from friends who already know us. Recently, several new customers have shared that they considered buying from us a risk and did not expect to receive anything. Unfortunately, internet scams are a sad reality. Additionally, in 2024, more and more "sellers" on trusted platforms are copying our images. Here are some practical solutions we offer to provide material proof of our legitimacy:
US Only

Amazon: If you are located in the US, we sell on Amazon, a platform with strong buyer protection. Currently, we offer fursuits in the $395-$440 range on Amazon (due to platform delivery time restrictions). Please contact us via chat with the description of the product you're interested in, and we will provide you with the corresponding Amazon link.

Etsy: We also sell on Etsy, where we can list any of our products. If you already trust Etsy, this might be a good option for you. Etsy also offers strong buyer protection. However, most items will be about 10% more expensive due to platform fees.
Any Location, Any Fursuit

Fur Samples: You can purchase an inexpensive accessory, like a bandana (we are expanding our selection), and along with the accessory, we will send you fur samples of the fursuit you’re interested in. It would be very challenging for a scammer to maintain stock of fur samples for 40+ products. Plus, you’ll be able to see how quickly the shipment arrives, especially if you're unfamiliar with international deliveries.

Hand Paws First: If you'd like to test our craftsmanship, in many cases, we can send you hand paws first (around $150). After the hand paws arrive, you can then pay for the head and tail. Please confirm via chat if this option is available for the specific product you are interested in.
