WHAT IS PRODUCTION TIME?

90% of starter fursuits are pre-made and immediately available from US stock
Our current lead time for made-to-order fursuits is 3-4 weeks, location of production - Czech Republic and Ukraine. 

WHAT IS SHIPPING TIME?

Starter fursuits from US stock are shipped by USPS Priority Mail (4-7 day). Shipping of starter fursuits to EU, UK, Australia and other location - please send us an e-mail to check if they are available for these locations. 

Made-to-order fursuits are mainly shipped from Czech Republic - by Ceska Posta, delivery time to EU countries - up to 10 days, UK - 15-18 days, USA and Canada - 2-3 weeks. This time may go up during holiday period (Xmas). 

From Ukraine - by Ukrposcta, delivery time is 18-25 days.

WHAT IS RETURN & REFUND POLICY?

Our standard items can be returned within 7 days upon receiving if size is not OK, etc. Return address is decided by agreement (we provide US stock address if purchase is made in US, EU address if purchase is made in EU). Return shipping is at expense of the customer. Refund is made after item is received and inspected. 

Return of 15% deposit in case of commission is possible after we sell your item.
