HOW THE COMMISSION PROCESS WORKS

1. You send us your character references, items you want to commission, your height

2. We review the request and provide detailed quote

3. You confirm the order and submit a 40% deposit

4. We create technical sketch, you approve it, we begin production

5. We ship when finished (state post with tracking, no customs fees)
