Shipping, returns, cancellations and refunds

Please read the following terms in their entirety, as they are the terms you are agreeing to when you check the box that says "I agree to the terms and conditions" before you are able to complete your purchase. These terms are binding.

We manufacture, store and ship our products in different locations. Please read terms relative to your location.

US (United States)

We keep stock of premade fursuits in the US. For these premades there will be 1-2 days handling + 3-6 days shipping time by USPS (domestic parcel), with tracking, free shipping.

If you are interested in Made to order items, production time is 4-6 weeks, shipping 21 day by Ukrposchta (international parcel), no customs fees, free shipping. We do not accept returns for made-to-order items (general industry practice).

In case costume is returnable and does not fit, we have return address in US. Refund is made after item is received and inspected by warehouse. You are responsible for defining your size correctly, that is why you pay for return shipping. In case we made a mistake, we pay for return shipping.

EU (European Union)

We keep stock of premade fursuits in EU. For these premades there will be 1-3 days handling + 5-8 days shipping time by Czech State Post, with tracking, free shipping (no taxes and customs).

If you are interested in Made to order items, production time is 6-8 weeks. Shipping 21 day by Ukrposchta (international parcel), no customs fees (we ship as private parcel), free shipping. There may be cost of declaring in some countries - usually within 10-15 EUR.

We do not accept returns for made-to-order items. In case costume does not fit, we have return address in EU. Refund is made after item is received and inspected. You are responsible for your decision and for defining your size correctly, that is why you pay for return shipping. In case we made a mistake (with size etc), we pay for return shipping.

UK, Canada, Australia, New Zeland and other countries

!!! ATTENTION We do not accept returns from these countries because there are no designated people in a team dealing with international shipments (we are a small team, and it is very time consuming). Please clarify size and other info by sending your questions to our chat (on every site page) before placing your order.

We ship to these countries from either Ukraine or EU. For premades in EU there will be 1-3 days handling + 14-18 days shipping time by Czech State Post, with tracking, free shipping (no taxes and customs).

For Made to order items, production time is 4-6 weeks, shipping 21 day by Ukrposchta (international parcel), no customs fees, free shipping.

Cancellations

No problem to cancel within 24 hours. If we have not shipped and have not started production - also no problem.

Leaving a review

Fursuit is a rare and expensive item for an owner, especially first fursuit. There is a lot of fraud in this area (unfortunately). By sharing your detailed purchase experience (with picture or video) you help other people to make a better decision. Thank you in advance!

Got it at an affordable price, was worried about ordering since it was on a website unfamiliar but it was all great. Messaged the seller on Etsy about an order on the website and got a reply easily. Communication was great and reassuring.

Also washed it just to be safe and he came out just fine

Bang:Buck Insanity.

Take this with a grain of salt, but compared to U.S. makers and ones in my local economy (Australia), these are more than acceptable quality and very cheap, at the cost of not being able to pick your colours.

My nose bridge bumps just a little bit too much from the front foam panel, maybe you could carve a little wedge out there; it's not painful at all as the foam is quite soft, but it makes it the head sit just a pinch too high... might be an issue with my huge head XD

Some neat additional options you could include are teeth and magnetic eyelids, to make the suits more expressive, especially the teeth, the maw is a little goofy.

Great quality, fast shipping!

Ordered directly from the website on May 8 2024, got it on June 10 2024.

Quality is great! The construction of the base, the fur, and the lining inside are well made, quality, and assembled well. The suit looks just as it does in the photos, and arrived in good shape.

The handpaws are great as well! The pawpads are very plush which might make handling things difficult while wearing, but they look amazing.

I was so very worried about ordering this online as I haven't a clue about fursuits and I had just managed to save enough to buy this just before Xmas
but true to their word it arrived well on time to me in Northern Ireland (UK) even though the tracking info wasnt great, but it has just blown my son away it is his pride and joy and made his Christmas as it was the only things he really wanted and I didn't know if I would be able to save enough money in time so he really didn't expect to wake up on Christmas morning to this so one very happy little man

Size wise it runs big enough to do small adults even though it's a kids one, so he will get lots of use out of it as long as he looks after it which is a huge bonus as boys tend to grow quite quickly so certainly get lots of wear out of it for the money so happy mum as well

Company was very helpful and even left a contact number on the box incase of any faults I'm guessing so just another bonus on top really couldnt be more happy with the whole buying experience and item itself
