You may track your package both via state post website of your country, and state post website of the country we sent a package from. 

Most state posts have mobile applications with chat bot services. If you download their app and input parcel number, you will automatically receive an update once you packages changes status. 

Please keep an eye on your package and pay attention to your email and sms messages. In some countries customs office sends online customs declarations via email, in some - by sms.
