TERMS OF SERVICE

We have different policies for our Premade items versus our Commission work (Made to order and Custom items*). Please make sure you are referring to the right section 

Premade items - shipping 

Free shipping. Australia, New Zeland - shipping surcharge $20 for distance

International shipping for all items is DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), except where local regulations require additional charges beyond our control. 

Shipped via state postal services with tracking. Estimated delivery time from Ukraine: to EU/UK - 15 days, to US - 21 day

U.S. Domestic Delivery:
Shipped primarily via USPS Ground Adnantage. Estimated delivery time: up to 4-7 days.

Premade items - returns & exchanges 

We accept returns and exchanges of premade fursuits and costumes shipped from our U.S. warehouse to a U.S. return address. Buyers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship the item back within 10 days. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer, except for our mistakes. 

We accept returns and exchanges of premade fursuits and costumes shipped to the EU, to an EU address. Buyers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship the item back within 10 days. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer, except for our mistakes.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unmodified, clean, and free from odors, pet hair, smoke, or damage. Please write to oneandonlycostumes@gmail.com to obtain return address. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Commission work - any item made according to the customer's measurements, character design, color choices, or other custom specifications is considered commissioned work. Made-to-order work - our past works that we remake on customers request. 

Commission work - shipping

Shipping for commission work is calculated separately in each quote. International shipping for all items is DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). It means that you do not have additional costs after placing an order. 

Commission work - cancellations, returns and exchanges

Commission orders may be canceled before production begins. After production has started, payments are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns for made-to-order and commissioned items. We do not offer exchanges on made-to-order and commissioned items. This is because the item has been made specifically for you.

If a customer refuses to make the second commission payment, we will attempt to sell the completed work. If the item is sold, 20% of the initial 40% payment will be refunded to the customer.
