WHY OUR PRICES ARE AFFORDABLE?
We make many copies of fursuits for kids and up to 1-10 copies for other premade fursuits. We are fursuit makers since 2015 with 100% in-house production. Our team consists of professionals - designers, sculptors, tailors with 10+ years in the industry who pay special attention to quality. Please check here our product reviews.
HOW TO DEFINE SUITABLE SIZE?
We measure our fursuit heads by height (height influences eye level, distance between eyes and proportions (size of a head relative to body). Each product description contains head base measurements and height recommendations.

CAN I WEAR GLASSES WITH YOUR FURSUITS?
It depends. Most models would fit glasses.
WHAT IS PRODUCTION TIME?
90% of starter fursuits are pre-made and immediately available from US stock
Our current lead time for made-to-order fursuits is 3-4 weeks, location of production - Czech Republic and Ukraine.
WHAT IS SHIPPING TIME?
Starter fursuits from US stock are shipped by USPS Priority Mail (4-7 day). Shipping of starter fursuits to EU, UK, Australia and other location - please send us an e-mail to check if they are available for these locations.
Made-to-order fursuits are mainly shipped from Czech Republic - by Ceska Posta, delivery time to EU countries - up to 10 days, UK - 15-18 days, USA and Canada - 2-3 weeks. This time may go up during holiday period (Xmas).
From Ukraine - by Ukrposcta, delivery time is 18-25 days.
WHAT IS RETURN & REFUND POLICY?
Our standard items can be returned within 7 days upon receiving if size is not OK, etc. Return address is decided by agreement (we provide US stock address if purchase is made in US, EU address if purchase is made in EU). Return shipping is at expense of the customer. Refund is made after item is received and inspected.
Return of 15% deposit in case of commission is possible after we sell your item.
WHICH MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
We mainly use high quality furs certified for production of kids toys from Poland and Ukraine, also luxury shag furs made in US. We use special textile paint for the eyes so they are water resistant.
WHAT ARE CARE INSTRUCTIONS OF YOUR FURSUITS?
Our fursuits are 90% sewed and 10% glued. They may be hand-washed with non-bleach detergent. We recommend to wring them out well as the head base is made of foam inside and the process of drying is shorter in this case. Put the head eyes up so they are not soaked in water. Comb when dry (we use steel brush for pets, but any brush is fine). Most critical part of fursuit during washing are eyes. They are waterproof, so paint is not a concern, but it is important not to bend them.
