Firstly, I'll say that I'm happy with the product and the quality of my item. I'll mention my opinion and lookout points for you. I don't give improvements/advice here.
1: The quality is good. You do see the lower cost of certain materials. But this is negligible due to the good build up of the head.
Talking about the head. It's a lightweight. No problem to keep on for long periods of time. The mouth can open up, although I wouldn't recommend stretching open the maw too far open, It is secured tightly, but it also connected by a smaller surface than the rest. So keep that in mind and don't be too rough with it. The ears are attached nicely and are somewhat bendable. Again, don't overextend it, they can handle a punch but not a constant pull.
The inside of the mask does look less appealing, this isn't all too much of an issue because it isn't seen by anyone. The inside is covered by a silk like material that shields your head from the foam base. It sits sort of loosely in there, probably glued on, so I don't know how strongly secure it will stay after a few sessions.
The eyes are rough edged in the suit, this is only a visual issue, it has no irritation to the skin. The FOV is quite good. Being around 230° horizontally and 130° vertically in my experience. The breathable material works perfectly and looking through is no problem, and others are unable to see your face through it from the outside. Keep in mind that there is a black bar in the middle of your view when you have this on, I was unable to see my own maw. This is most apparent in all suits.
The inside of the maw does not have the silk material. This means the foam base is visible from the inside. This is not an issue from the outside, unless you stretch open the maw, then it does look unfinished.
(in my personal experience, I am unable to wear my glasses, this is mentioned in the info as well. The measurements are roughly as advertised. My nose is tiny tho, this resulted in my nose not being in the maw but squished in between the mask and my face. Which was sort of irritating at first. But you'll get used to it. I personally found the head base still a bit loose, but not dangerously loose. A nice loose to be able to wiggle your head around. Look out with forceful head movements, tho. I wear a balaclava underneath my mask to keep hair follicles out and make it is more securely. Also, to keep my sweat from sticking to the foam base.)
All these issues aren't major as they are only seen by you, and so does not break the magic.
The eyebrows do have some rough edges, so does the boopable nose, the fur attached to the top of the head is pretty stubborn, so comb it with care.
The paws are comfy and fit perfectly with my measurements. The material is kind of odd, but not bad in quality. The insides are not soft or silken, so kind of rough towel so to speak. The pawpaws are squishable and soft, some do have a few rough edges. This is something that can be felt when making fists when having them on. I feel like the beans are secured well, but I hope they are somewhat resistant to frequent use and complex finger movement stress.
The tail is kind of adjustable, it is pretty easy to do this by using force to shape it the way you want, the hair is sensitive tho, comb with care. The attachment point is alright, it works. I do find it to be something that can break or snap easily with an overload of stretching stress. So keep this in mind. It is a stretchable material, but still to be handled with precaution.
The wait was long, I waited 3 months, from payment till arrival. But this is to be expected.
The package it came with was a normal box with all info strapped to it, taped shut and closed off double. Everything is vacuum sealed in multiple layers of wrapped plastic bags. It works, I would have liked bubble wrap tho. For the extra layer of protection. But no damage, the plastic bags had no damage as well. The tail is packaged in a separate vacuumed bag, the paws are inside the head to lower space.
I am happy with the result, it is of course not the state-of-the-art material and or quality. But not bad either. It is a run-of-the-mill suit that does what it is advertised to do. A fun way to express yourself and look cute<3
The chat and helpdesk are super friendly and will help you out with any question you may have. They are open to criticism and do act on it. They listened to my feedback and added it in to better improve. Seriously well appreciated and will make a video explaining it visually also (keep in mind that I am not a YouTube video maker, so it'll be amateurishly XD)
Certainly recommend this brand. Thank you OneAndOnlyCostumes, you make a good business... :)
