To determine your size, measure the following:

• Your full body height
  
• Your head circumference at eye level
  
• Your head height (measured vertically from chin to the top of the head). You may also estimate head height by dividing your full body height by 7.5.
  

If you plan to wear glasses inside the fursuit, measure your head circumference while wearing your glasses.

Your measurements must meet the following conditions:

• Your head height must be equal to or less than the fursuit head height.
  
• Your head circumference + 2 inches (4–5 cm) must be less than the internal head circumference of the fursuit.
  

Our sizing is based on height and head circumference to ensure a proper fit. The neck opening is elastic and stretches by 3–4 cm (1.2–1.6 inches).

Please also pay close attention to the neck opening circumference, as the head must pass through it when putting the fursuit on.

Zippers and internal padding for glasses are currently available only for custom orders.

IMPORTANT:

If you like a costume but your height exceeds the recommended range, the fursuit will not fit you.

International Delivery:

We accept returns and exchanges of
premade fursuits shipped from our U.S. warehouse to a U.S. return address (return shipping is at the expense of the customer, except for our mistakes).

We accept returns and exchanges of
premade fursuits shipped within the EU, returned to an EU address. Same return shipping policy as US.

Made-to-order and commissioned items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Our fursuit heads are foam-based and ultra-lightweight, with an average head weight of approximately 700 g (1.5 lbs).

The jaws are manually adjusted to improve airflow and provide more comfortable breathing.

Our fursuits are 95% machine-sewn, making them highly durable and suitable for hand washing.

The eyes are made from extra-hard, waterproof felt with sewn-in mesh.

Felt eyes are extremely durable during washing, as the mesh is securely sewn in and the porous felt bonds firmly with the fur.
