Hi! I am Alex Noire, fursuit & cosplay costume designer. My team has been creating fursuits since 2015 and designs every character ourselves, without using standard 3D-printed heads. This allows us to keep a balanced design, lightweight construction, clean seams and a more unique look compared to many mass-produced suits. Our fursuits are built for comfort and practicality. The jaws are manually adjustable for better breathing, and the construction is 95% sewn and only 5% glued, which allows the suits to be hand washed — an important part of fursuit care. Many of our fursuits can also be delivered quickly: some ship from our US warehouse, while others ship from Ukraine with international delivery (about 21 days, no customs fees).
To determine your size, measure the following:
- Your full body height
- Your head circumference at eye level
- Your head height (measured vertically from chin to the top of the head). You may also estimate head height by dividing your full body height by 7.5.
If you plan to wear glasses inside the fursuit, measure your head circumference while wearing your glasses.
Your measurements must meet the following conditions:
- Your head height must be equal to or less than the fursuit head height.
- Your head circumference + 2 inches (4–5 cm) must be less than the internal head circumference of the fursuit.
Our sizing is based on height and head circumference to ensure a proper fit. The neck opening is elastic and stretches by 3–4 cm (1.2–1.6 inches).
Please also pay close attention to the neck opening circumference, as the head must pass through it when putting the fursuit on.
Zippers and internal padding for glasses are currently available only for custom orders.
IMPORTANT:
If you like a costume but your height exceeds the recommended range, the fursuit will not fit you.

premade fursuits shipped from our U.S. warehouse to a U.S. return address (return shipping is at the expense of the customer, except for our mistakes).

Our fursuit heads are foam-based and ultra-lightweight, with an average head weight of approximately 700 g (1.5 lbs).
The jaws are manually adjusted to improve airflow and provide more comfortable breathing.
Our fursuits are 95% machine-sewn, making them highly durable and suitable for hand washing.
The eyes are made from extra-hard, waterproof felt with sewn-in mesh.
Felt eyes are extremely durable during washing, as the mesh is securely sewn in and the porous felt bonds firmly with the fur.
What is a fursuit
A fursuit is a wearable animal costume used in the furry fandom for conventions, performances, cosplay and character roleplay. Most fursuits are handmade and designed to represent a specific animal character, such as a wolf, dog, fox or other creature. A typical suit may include a fursuit head, hand paws, tail and sometimes a full body costume. If you are looking for fursuits for sale, many artists and workshops offer premade designs or custom-made characters that allow fans to bring their fursona to life.
People often buy fursuit costumes for conventions, social events, photography and performances. High-quality suits are usually handcrafted from faux fur and lightweight foam to create expressive faces, good visibility and comfortable ventilation. VISION
1. Eye mesh type
What type of mesh do you use for the eyes and which provides the best visibility?
We use several eye construction options depending on the model:
• Plastic 3D eyes with textile mesh behind them. These provide a very clean visual appearance. However, plastic surfaces can be slippery, and the mesh may loosen if exposed to high heat or extremely dry conditions.
• Hard felt 3D eyes with textile mesh backing. This is a more durable option while maintaining good visibility.
• Hard felt eyes with sewn polyester netting. This is the most durable construction and can be safely washed. The trade-off is that the visible opening is slightly smaller, limited to the black pupil area.
2. Eye opening size
Are the mesh openings smaller behind the fur, or do they match the visible eye shape?
The mesh openings used for vision are proportionally large relative to the visual eye shape. They are not reduced behind the fur trim, allowing for practical visibility while preserving the character’s appearance.
3. Peripheral vision
How much side and downward visibility does the head provide?
Side vision provides approximately a 100-degree binocular field of view.
The design also allows the wearer to see the ground approximately 1.5 meters (about 4.9 ft) in front of them, which helps with safe movement at conventions and events.
“Follow-me eyes” are not available on premade models. They are available for made to order models by agreement.
4. Goggle compatibility
Can goggles or MX-style glasses be worn with the head?
Yes. The total width of the eye openings used for the wearer’s vision is approximately 21 cm (8.3 inches), which allows straps from goggles or similar accessories without blocking the primary sightline.
Ventilation
5. Airflow beyond the mouth
Where does airflow come from in the head?
Airflow primarily passes through the mouth opening, which uses a manually adjustable jaw.
Additional airflow can pass through the eye mesh when mesh-based eye designs are used. Ventilation through the nose area can be added for commissioned fursuits.
6. Jaw airflow design
Is the jaw movable to improve airflow?
The jaw is manually adjustable, but it is not a moving jaw mechanism.
7. Internal lining breathability
What type of internal lining is used?
We use polyester lining, which is practical for cleaning and durability. Since the foam structure itself is not a breathable material, using highly breathable lining fabrics does not significantly improve ventilation.
8. Optional fan support
Can the head support a small internal fan?
Under normal indoor convention conditions with adequate air circulation, wearers can comfortably remain in the fursuit head for up to about two hours, which aligns with typical professional fursuit performance standards.

9. Sizing and fit
How is the head sized and can the fit be adjusted?
Each fursuit head is produced based on standard body height and head circumference measurements. Every head is designed for a specific size range to ensure proper balance, visibility, and comfort.
Minor adjustments can be made by the wearer if needed, but for best performance we recommend choosing a head that matches the specified height range of the design.
