Comfort is just as important as appearance: how well you can see and breathe in the suit, and how easy it is to put on and take off, especially if you wear glasses. Wearing a fursuit causes sweating, so it is recommended to wear a balaclava under the head. When purchasing, it is also important to consider cleaning and washing in advance — in most cases, this is done by hand.

At the same time, they feel firmer than foam-based heads and usually require additional padding for comfort. Plastic shells can crack or break if dropped or handled roughly, can melt if exposed to high temperatures. In addition, fursuits built on plastic bases are typically glued constructions, which means they require extra care when washing, as moisture and agitation can weaken adhesives.

No single technology is universally “better.” The right choice depends on personal preferences, intended use, comfort requirements, and budget. Understanding these differences helps beginners make more informed decisions.

Our fursuit heads are foam-based and extra lightweight, with an average head weight of approximately 700 g.

The jaws are manually adjusted to provide improved airflow and more comfortable breathing.

Our fursuits are 95% sewn, making them highly durable and suitable for hand washing.

We offer both felt (waterproof) eyes with netting and plastic eyes with mesh:

• Felt eyes are more durable during washing, as felt is a porous material that bonds more securely to the fur.

Sizing is based on height and is coordinated with head circumference to ensure proper fit.
